I’ve been using Himalayan Organic Shilajit Resin for a while now and while the quality does seem good and the effects on energy and general wellness are small but noticeable, I can’t ignore how expensive it is for such a tiny amount – just 15 grams. The resin is thick, dark, and very potent, but the jar feels like it’s over almost as soon as you start using it regularly. If you're committed to incorporating shilajit into your routine, this might be worth trying once, but I’d look for better value options in the future.

I was curious to try this resin and have to say it’s been an interesting addition to my routine. The little glass jar looks neat on the shelf, and the spoon included makes it easy to measure out without mess. I usually stir a pea-sized amount into warm water first thing in the morning, and while the taste is quite earthy, it’s grown on me. It feels like a more mindful start to the day, a bit of a ritual before work. On a practical note, the jar is smaller than I expected, though it seems to last a fair while if used sparingly. The texture is smooth and dissolves well, which I appreciated after trying similar things that clumped. It’s not something I’d use on the go, but at home it fits in nicely with the way I like to prepare drinks. Overall, a quality product that feels authentic and thoughtfully packed. Definately worth it.
