We have very hard water. I replaced the original version, without the filter, with this updated version with a built in water feature. Now my son’s begging me to buy him on as well. Easy to install. Classy/sleek look. Very sturdy (even better than the original version). I’m 6ft and it extends so high that I don’t have to worry about hitting my head. The water pressure is great. This updated version has an even bigger head, so it covers more of your body. I use the handheld all the time, so convenient. So easy to install, my teenage son did it for me. All I had to do was talk him through it. Oh and I can tell the filter is working because the shower head holes don’t get clogged up with contaminants like the old shower head did. So proof that the filter is working! Definitely recommend getting one for every shower in your house.

Absolute game changer in our bathroom! I love this rainfall shower set SO MUCH! Make sure you order a shower arm separately, as this set doesn’t come with one, but that’s pretty typical. My husband had a quick and easy install, took under 20mins! The faucet heads are beautiful quality and work SO WELL. Even when utilizing both at once there’s no lack of water pressure. All balances out well. The hand held holder was easily installed and it’s got great spray options too. The waterfall head doesn’t have different spray options, so just an fyi there. Overall a fantastic quality waterfall shower setup at an affordable price. Super happy!

Wonderful and so easy to install! Literally took me 10 minutes to install it. Makes my shower so lovely. Good quality, easy to adjust the shower head height and change the shower spray options! Sooo relaxing and I’m looking forward to seeing what the filtration system does for my skin and hair.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent purchase. This shower combo exceeded my expectations from day one. The water pressure is strong and consistent, and the rain shower head feels like having a spa at home. The handheld shower is very practical for cleaning and rinsing easily. Installation was quick and simple, and the matte black finish looks modern and elegant in the bathroom. I have had this shower head for about 6 months and it works well, no leaks on the actual shower head, but a couple of things to keep in mind. 1. Make sure to put the rainfall head high enough to where it's out of the way, not just for you, but the tallest person who will use it. It can move around and take up a lot of space if it's put too low for someone. 2. I would also only recommend this shower head for a shower that has had the shower arm recently replaced or taken out and inspected as the shower head is quite heavy! I made the mistake of installing this on an older shower arm without taking it off and inspecting it. Unfortunately, the shower arm had corroded through on the side connecting to the pipe in the wall and it was leaking into the wall during showers without us being the wiser!! We had some plumbing work done and discovered the leak from the access hole on the adjoining wall. After replacing the shower arm, it works great, no more leaking into the wall. I can't say for sure, but I feel like the pressure from the weight of this shower head may have caused or increased the size of the crack on the shower arm, which in turn caused or increased the leak. Who knows? Please just be aware that this could happen.

This completely upgraded my shower. The water pressure is strong and consistent, and having both the rainfall head and handheld makes a big difference. Installation was quick and easy, took about 15 minutes with no issues or leaks. I like that you can switch between modes or use both at the same time. It really gives a spa feel at home and makes the whole setup look more high end. I added a photo and video so you can see the actual water flow and setup. I pay attention to products that actually deliver and this one does. Definitely worth it and I would recommend it.

Ok. Where do I start? I didn’t take photos of the box that it came in but trust that every piece is individually packaged and placed with care. The instructions were super easy to follow. Recommendations : Have Groove Pliers Plumbing Tape/ Teflon tape For the most part everything done by hand tightening is great. However I saw a small amount of water coming from the square rain head on the top where it connects to the hanger. Teflon tape helped. I sadly damaged mine but it doesn’t matter. No one will ever see the top of that unless you have a ladder. The quality is super , the hand held piece feels very ergonomic and light yet sturdy, and it’s very nice overall. The biggest benefit is that it comes with a built in hard water filter and that makes showers feel genuinely refreshing. Shoutout to the company as well for including extra gaskets, a key, and a screw on cover in case you don’t want the filter. They thought of everything. Also! Buy the extra filters in advance. I did that. These filters last 3-6 months.

Returned 2 shower heads before getting this one. It’s great and comes with filter (easy to replace). Other filters you have to screw entire shower head off and is stressful to reinstall with no leaks. This one filter is after main connection. Looks great too.
