I'm obsessed!!! I got sick and lost weight very quickly leaving loose skin under my chin/neck. I noticed a difference after 3 uses 😭😭 I did cry because I'm going through enough I don't need to look in the mirror and be reminded. I am so glad I got this cream! It does have a very very slight smell not bad, not good, just there. Absorbs very well, not greasy at all, excellent value especially compared to several other brands, and my neck feels smooths and soft! I will definitely be ordering again. I was skeptical. I had this in my cart for almost a year before finally purchasing. But I finally got it and have been using it. After just a couple weeks already notice a difference in the crepe skin on my neck. It’s very hydrating. No smell, very important to me. A little goes a long way.

The owners then reached out to ask if the refund went through ok for me. For that and the quality of the product, I'm raising my review from 3 stars to 4. Aside from my skin not tolerating it, I have no complaints. They did not ask me to change or update my review. But I appreciate good costumer service! Thank you. *Original review* I was excited to try this 'hypoallergenic' neck cream and hoped it would help tighten my skin. I have sensitive skin, so I did a patch test as suggested. I did not have a reaction. But after using this for about a week and a half I suddenly have a rash all over my neck. Maybe it'll work for some, but proceed with caution if you have sensitive skin or have had contact dermatitis... wish I knew which ingredient is the culprit. Consistency is nice, smell is very minimal. Can't really say if it works since I can't continue using it.

I am sure this product is great and works well for most buyers. Unfortunately as much as I wanted to love it, it was just not a great fit for me. They have excellent customer service and are friendly sellers. I would try again if maybe they offered something in a lighter weight formula.

I have had a good response from this cream and my neck looks great even for an almost 73 year old. It goes on the neck very easily and absorbs quickly. I have not had any skin irritations from it and my skin feels great!

I love this cream. My neck is, well... awful. Dry and saggy, and this cream is the first that has really added moisture. Most others just dry out but I'm super happy with this. It doesn't really tighten up loose skin, but that's beyond the scope of most creams. I definitely recommend trying it, I will be keeping it as a staple going forward.

Okay ladies; I've been using this for approximately 2 1/2 month--and exactly as directed. It goes on smoothly and has no fragrance. I MIGHT be able to see a VERY slight difference in my neck, but it's not a miracle worker in a jar by any means as all the hyped up ads suggest. Ads show neck wrinkles in the before, and of course, completely smooth neck in the after--don't expect these results. If you are just looking for a neck moisturizer, then give it a try. However, if you're going to expect a smooth neck after using this (as is shown in their ads), you'll be disappointed. I might purchase again if it's a good sale price, but I would certainly not pay the $40 price point--lots of less expensive creams out there that work just as well as this one.

I guess I was hoping for some sort of miracle. Been using consistently since I received the product which was a couple weeks ago and so far I've not really seen any improvement. I'll keep using it until it's gone, maybe it takes a full jar until I'll see any results. I does absorb into the skin very easily, it's lightweight and hasn't caused any skin issues, plus it's not greasy at all, which is a huge plus.

Just started using it because reviews were excellent. I am thrilled with the immediate results. Toning and hydrating as promised but also it firmed within days. Looking forward to seeing long term benefits.
