Might want to watch your water level closely to avoid issues.
This unit is working excellently for me. Initially I was seeing some of the malfunctions others report, but then I started monitoring water levels better and refilling the water tank before the alarm goes off and my troubles went away. My suspicion is that some air can get sucked into the system when the tank runs dry, thereby causing the issues people report. The water here is salty and sulphureous out of the tap and the machine does a perfect job producing great quality water. I've been using it for over half a year and wouldn't hesitate to buy it again. There has been no need to replace filters yet and I filter over a gallon per day typically for drinking and food prep.

Outstanding Customer Service Turned Me Into a Huge Fan
I originally wrote a very different review when my unit stopped working after a bit over a year. Up until that point, it had been a very functional and user-friendly reverse osmosis system. I really liked having the UV cleansing along with the multiple stages of filtration, and the design felt thoughtful and easy to use. When the unit stopped pulling water from the reservoir into the system, I went through all of the troubleshooting steps in the manual and even tried reinstalling the cartridges, but nothing helped. It appeared that the internal pump had simply failed. Since the unit was already out of warranty, I didn’t have particularly high expectations when I reached out to customer service. To my surprise, they responded quickly with a very clear and comprehensive list of troubleshooting steps, all well explained. When none of those solutions resolved the issue, they went above and beyond and replaced the entire unit, even though it was outside the warranty period. I was genuinely amazed by that level of generosity and support. During the time I was waiting for the replacement, I went back to using the filtered water from my refrigerator. Even though the filter was good and not out of date, the taste difference was immediately noticeable to me, and not in a good way. It really drove home how much better the water from this RO unit tastes. Once you get used to it, it’s hard to go back. Because of that experience, I can wholeheartedly recommend both the product and the company behind it. The system itself is convenient, well designed, and produces excellent-tasting water, and it’s reassuring to know that the company stands behind what they make. Their customer service absolutely turned me into a loyal customer.

Disappointed — Impossible to Find Replacement Filters
Good luck finding replacement filters for this product. They’ve been sold out for over six months, and customer service has been little help. When I first reached out, I was told to keep using my water filter since the RO filter was still good, but there was no estimated restock date. A few weeks later, I followed up, explaining that I wanted to keep using my machine properly. A representative kindly offered to send replacement filters from their warehouse free of charge, considering the inconvenience and the fact that I have small children drinking from the machine. I even received a confirmation call that the PPC and C filters would be sent—but when the package arrived, it contained only a PPC filter that wasn’t even compatible with the T1 Lite model. When I called back to resolve the issue, I was told they would look into it, but I never received a follow-up, email, or replacement. On top of that, my machine began leaking from the bottom, causing water buildup on my counter. Since it was still within the warranty period, they eventually agreed to send a new unit—but only after I sent several videos and emails proving the issue. While the replacement unit came with the correct filters, I’m now two months in and still unable to find replacements anywhere. Unfortunately, I’ll be switching to a brand that reliably provides the filters and support customers pay for.

pure water! what more..
i think it is doing what it should tastes great like bottled water on the shelves, i'm just kind of concerned on the amount of water i throw out, realizing it is such a compact machine and hear just how much it works trudging along to press that water through the filters is making all our lives much more complete and for what we paid for this machine i'm sure the bigger the unit less water waste and much more water but much more advanced and price of those units must be way high, but until the kitchen is remodeled our house members and pet members are completely satisfied. i'd highly advise people with water doubts to get one here in hawaii water safety rating is pretty good but they do add fluoride, minerals etc now i have control over creating that alkalinity or adding what i feel we need. this is an eye opener for us! no more plastic bottle waste and increasing water intake cause the water tastes so good and refreshing! ty!

T1 lite it's a little different from the original E one that I own
Read on for some insight but just wanna let you know that I just bought this for $89 which is cheaper than paying for a replacement carafe and replacement filter filters. Rather they'll fit in my more expensive version of this my E one I don't know, but at least I have this for a back up. Because yeah, the filters are hard to find and when you find them, it cost more than just buying the whole dang machine again Again at $89. I use an empty coffee cup & sit it right behind the open back lid to give my arm leverage to lift the water tank out. It helps huge. See photos Otherwise it is hard to get fill reserve basket out if you're a senior. As far as the filter noises, I have an E1 and it makes absolutely zero noise now the T1 lite does make some noises every once in a while, but that's fine. I got a really good price for it so put it in the upstairs area. Also, I have found on both of my machines by watching YouTube videos, that I unplug it when it flashes water. That's the fastest way to get the filter purge flush. I'm happy with both my machines. I haven't had to worry about the filters coming loose with continued use like I did with my original E one version, but I love them both and I highly recommend see photos for the easy way to pull the water reserve out.

Very good water but the size of the reservoir is limited and you have to fill its it numerous times. I think about 2 to 3 l before you have to refill.

Works great. My whole house water filter does not remove all of the iron from the well, but this makes perfectly clear drinking water from that. Only complaint would be that replacement filters will eventually cost almost as much as a new machine.

Esta máquina funciona leyendo bien las instrucciones y si es práctica como filtro de agua. No filtra los partículas plásticas ni calienta agua, solo la filtra por 3 métodos.

It works great and tastes great but we drink 4-5L a day (2 adults) and it requires constant emptying and refilling of the water chamber. If the chamber was bigger or easier to take off and put on it would get 5 stars.
