If you use this style for ems, it’s a must have.
These things saved my butt from having to do paperwork for someone crushing another set. This is a very specific piece but if you use these, they will save you. Especially when the rookie runs over the BP cuff with a stretcher. Or worse, cuts them out and throws them away.

They work with the Tempest monitor BP cuffs.
I bought these so I could use my manual BP cuff with the Tempest cuffs. That way I don't have to carry so many cuffs on the ambulance. They work perfectly. Now I can use my manual cuff for my first reading and if I need to I can use the large adult, small adult, child or infant cuff out of the monitor and save some room in the house bag.
