The Taser pulse is lightweight and the cartridges are good quality and consistent if you need it you know it will work.UPDATE**I've been wearing this Taser Pulse daily for a year now and no problems so far. I sometimes carry the X2 but for the most part the Pulse meets my needs. I wrote a longer review on the X2 if anyone is undecided on which one they would like. So far the battery is still good even with the monthly spark test and very little scuffing considering it stays in the holster. I noticed there were some comments on the price and all I really can say is how much is your life worth? The pulse is good for a single attacker and can be a deterrent for multiple attackers and the 30 second runtime is more than enough for you to get to safety.
