The reason I chose this coffee machine was that it was the only coffee machine I found online which has a completely stainless steel cooking pot. This was my first purchase from Arzum USA. I loved my new coffee machine and I used it everyday for making my Turkish coffee and hot chocolate for kids. After 3 months, there was a problem with the button of the device and I could not operate the coffee machine. I sent a note to the contact address I found on Amazon. They got back to me within 24 hours. Their communication language was extremely kind and helpful. And they sent me a new coffee machine without even questioning the problem. I recommend anyone looking for a Turkish coffee machine in America to choose Arzum. Electronics may break, but it is very important to find a company which stands behind its products.

It worked only 45 days. Now it is broken.

This is the right one. I had ordered another version that was basically just a mini kettle with no stirring mechanism- fail. This one is perfect. Easy to use, clean and makes great Turkish coffee - quickly. I typically drink the sutlu version and I’m very happy with the results. The hot milk foam option is also great, the cold foam didn’t do too much.

I’d give 5 stars to this coffee machine for the first couple of months.Then, it started to rust as seen in the picture. I didn’t drop it or do anything that could break it, so I don’t have any idea why it happened. Anyways, I kept using it by pouring the coffee on the other side since I liked the machine.It has been roughly one year since I bought it, and now it’s not working. It causes a circuit break when we plug it in anywhere at home. So, basically we can’t use it any more…Yes, I love its coffee. But I don’t like the idea of paying a turkish coffee maker $150, that I can use only for a year and trash later..

I received this coffee machine in used condition even though it was sold as new. There were clear signs of prior use, including water residue. I returned the item immediately. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend. Don’t buy.
