I am deeply sorry for taking a while to write my review. I LOVE THIS LAPTOP!!! I will admit, I was a little hesitant at first since the brand wasn't what I was familiar with. I am happy to say that I am having no issues and able to do what I need to do. Very Easy to use, lasing battery life, keyboard works like it should, very versatile, great screen quality, and touch sensitivity is set to where it needs to be.

The first one that was sent didnt have an ssd, not sure if they forgot to install it or how that happens but the replacement came and was correct. Overall works pretty good, battery life is not great but i use it at home mostly so keeping it plugged in is fine. They make it impossible to get the power supply connector size but i tried a few things and determined it was a 3.5x1.35 dc connector. Get yourself a type c to 3.5x1.35 pd cable (12v) or connector and you dont need the old school corded wall plug. It runs good, few small issues with the fingerprint scanner but overall its not bad for the price. The volume doesnt go nearly loud enough but the screen looks pretty good. Would buy again.

I'm quite surprised with this laptop so far. Especially when you consider the price. Pros: 16 gig of RAM and a 1TB drive with back-lit keyboard. It's fast, the display is a perfect size, and I've been putting this laptop through its paces as a music computer. So far, so good! Cons: not sure what the deal is with the speakers but they are pretty bad. They claim stereo, but the speakers are so close together, there is just about no stereo spread and they aren't that loud. Not that we need laptop speakers to be great as just about all of them are weak, but these are by far the worst I've experienced. I had to buy a clip on stereo speaker which sounds fantastic. Wifi: it's one of the slowest wifi laptops I own. I have a lightning fast connection here and right at my router, I can't get this to download faster than 250mb per sec. But it still does the job. Lastly, the worst part of this laptop is the battery. It drains so fast, it's actually sad. They really had something here but failed on one of the most important things on a laptop. You can literally watch the battery go down. I've had to use power saver just so I'm not constantly charging this battery to the point of it no longer having charge capabilities. Thankfully I don't need the laptop like others do. You would think with the cons I've supplied here that my review would warrant less stars. The truth is, for what this is, it's great. I wanted a back-lit keyboard, a 1TB drive and at least 16 gig of ram running windows 11. I got just that. I just really wish the battery was better and that's my biggest issue with this. Other than that, I've pushed this thing hard as a music computer and it's been great. I'd buy it again, however, I'd look and see if I could find something like it with longer battery life.

I originally bought this as a budget laptop after my previous, more expensive laptop's keyboard broke. It works well as a budget laptop: it allows me to do everything well except gaming: runs Linux Mint (no issues with proprietary drivers in the hardware). I was scared at first that there was thermal issues, but it's just that the laptop is low-power and doesn't need much cooling. The left side of the keyboard gets a little hot, but I did a diagnostic on the temps and nothing is wrong because the N100 processor just doesn't need a lot of cooling. The storage capacity is really good for the price. The SSD has 1 GB of storage, while my old $500 refurbished laptop had 128 GB (though the processor was an I7). I wish I had dedicated graphics so I could play modern games, but it fits what I need right now while I'm unemployed.

I WOULD RATE A LENIET 3.0 After spending 3 days trying to get my Brand New Laptop to load an Architectural Design Program I own without success due to the Laptop not recognizing my Program License, as my Final Effort I did a complete Laptop Reset, erasing the computer completely....then downloading a new copy of Windows 11 Pro from the Microsoft Cloud. To do this it took close to 13hr to complete, although it took extreme time I was able to load my software. This tells me that either Windows 11 or the computer BIOS was corrupted out of the Box.....my time is valuable and whenever I purchase something new, I expect it to be in complete working condition!! Also after purchase I found out that the RAM is not upgradable, unfortunately since I have loaded software I dont think i can return the Laptop. But I take responsibility for that error, as I should researched better what RAM it was installed.
