This gimbal stabiliser is very well made and works well. Once paired to the app it allows you to produce very professional videos. It comes well packaged and have had it in use for several months now and would fully recommend to others looking for this type of product. I have no idea what the company's after sales services like as I have not had cause to use it.

I am amazed at how good the gimbal is for steady video capture, including when walking and aking a video. I have not used the app however the functions within the gimbal and its bluetooth controller are excellent in themselves. One can rotate phone horizontal and vertical, can also flip phone around from facing you to facing 180 degrees the other way. All of these at the touc of various buttons. The phone holder is very, very strong. There's a little tripod to screw into bottom og gimbal for handsfree recording. The plastc material in the gimbal is sturdy, it is a well made product. It is also light enough in weight that you don't feel arm-ache. Play back of videos i have taken are smooth, where you DO NOT end up with a nauseating (to watch), bumpy, lag-effect video. In fact this gimbal gives you the opposite. A really,really good product. I highlt recommend.

Great value, even though it was advertised as i phone in particular and android in general, i had no problem with my slightly older android Samsung A32 . To get the best out of it you need to down load the app. Then the full features are available. So the shutter release and zoom are now on the gimbal body and you don't need to touch the phone. Also you can also apply filters directly to your recording and pictures! Great if you are producing content and want to post straight away. There's a remote control and a stand attachment that's again useful for the vloger. It folds up pretty small which means your not carrying a large item with you if you don't want to. For the price I'm struggling to see what more expensive gimbals have that this does not ...all in all a great little peice of kit

This product is a tale of two halves, there are some things it does perfectly and other times, leaves you totally frustrated. Let me explain the positives first. The unit is well built, feels solid, grip is good and so is the small tripod base which you can use a larger tripod / base for, if you require. The controls on the handle are removable and this is, in itself is a great feature as you can manually adjust the angle(s) and start or stop the recording and it allows you to shift from portrait to landscape. The 'Hohem Joy' app is, in my personal opinion a great app with a stacked some great features and it does take some getting used too and you'll need to spend time to use it and understand whats on offer. However, you do not need to use the app itself, the phone app works fine and you'll just need to make sure your connected via Bluetooth. So, let me get on to the most frustrating point about this product. If you only intend to use this is portrait mode, then this is not relevant to you. When switching to landscape mode the cameras on the iPhone face the side of the arm as this is how the device wants you to load the phone into the holder. However, this is where the problems start, if you move the gimbal around - as you would expect too, the gimbal arm gets in the way of the shot. This is very frustrating and I have had to edit almost all my videos as I use the landscape mode. I tried to use the phone the other way, but the gimbal keeps trying to 'reset'. That's the next issue, when using the gimbal in landscape, there were occasions (2 of the 5 times), it went into berserk mode, i.e., it could not stabalise and therefore kept trying to centre, when it was already centered. The fix, turn it off and back on again, this is of course not a solution but it was the only means to get it to settle. There are a lot of good features going for this, the battery life, the detachable remote and app but I found the gimbal stability in landscape mode made this a poor choice for what I needed. Please consider carefully.

Fantastic does a lot for a great price

Looked like it should work quite well, but the X-Y controller on mine was faulty; no pitch control at all and would only slew left to right, not right to left. In simple stabilisation tests it intermittently lost its place and required repeated resets. Product returned.

My Gimbal is amazing. I absolutely love using it and it was worth every penny. I had a random issue with mine after a few months, but their customer service was prompt and patient (as that month was absolutely insane for me so I was the delay in service). They kept my ticket open while I tried to figure my life out when they very well could have closed it and sent me on my way. When I finally did get it together they replaced my Gimbal immediately with a brand new one, no struggle, no extra charge, just great service. I would buy from this company with absolute confidence. The Gimbal itself makes solo shooting so much efficient and professional. It can track, take visual commands (record off/on/etc), and its stabilizing allows for smooth camera movements. This is a must have if you shoot your own promotional videos, if you’re a real estate agent, marketing, guerrilla film maker, or just want to make higher ends videos of any kind.

Que dire de cet appareil si ce n’est qu’à ce prix-là, vous avez vraiment un stabilisateur de qualité avec pas mal de fonctionnalités, une application facile d’utilisation et une télécommande Testa, à l’extrême dans des déplacements rapides pour la réalisation de court-métrages et de voyages en famille, j’ai été impressionné par la qualité du rendu Finale et l’efficacité de l’appareil Malheureusement, après six mois d’utilisation intensive, dis fonctionnement de la batterie mais merci au service après-vente qui est très efficace. Renvoie d’un appareil neuf

Love the clipe design, better than DJI with the magnet clip. It also doesn't accidentally press your volume or lock buttons, and it moves smoothly, decent battery life
