I’ve tried countless hand creams over the years, but O’Keeffe’s Working Hands is easily the best I’ve found. Working in the plumbing and heating industry means my hands are constantly exposed to water, chemicals, cold weather and rough materials, so they take a real beating. This is one of the few products that genuinely makes a noticeable difference. What impressed me most is that it actually repairs dry, cracked skin rather than just masking the problem. After only a couple of days of using it morning and night, my hands felt noticeably softer, and the painful cracks had almost completely disappeared. It absorbs quickly, isn’t greasy, and leaves no sticky residue, so I can apply it and get straight back to work without leaving marks on tools or equipment. A little goes a long way too, so the tub lasts much longer than you’d expect, making it excellent value for money. The fact that it’s fragrance-free is another bonus, especially if you’re using it throughout the working day. If you work with your hands—or simply suffer from dry, cracked skin—I honestly can’t recommend this enough. It’s one of those products that just does exactly what it promises, and it’s now something I wouldn’t want to be without. It has also got rid of the dry skin off my hands which I think was a latex allergy

Thank heaven something that actually does work! When my hands crack bad especially my finger tips peeling and become very sore I have found this is the only cream that actually works quickly and long lasting without stinging. Good product, great hand relief and moisturiser, but the pump does not work.

My son has eczema prone skin and used strong steroid cream for years and there wasn't much relief. Using this cream it eased the itching sensation almost from the first use and the cream is quickly absorbed int o the skin. So far it is going great and hopefully my sons feet will heal fully with continual use,

Amazing product. If you have dry skin, this is the only cream you need. Another wonderful. Product from the O'keefe range. I don't believe there's Nything better on the market. No greasy, lives up to its claims of working in a couple of days.
