I have short term memory impairment, so sometimes I will forget to take my medications, eat lunch, or not drink enough throughout the day. These work perfectly for me to mark down whether or not I've done everything needed for the day. The only reason I went from 5 stars to 4 is that the space to write in is a bit small and I wish it came in a pack of 7 instead of 6, because with 7 I could have one already set up for every day of the week. Otherwise, they are great!

Absolutely zero instructions were included with this bracelet. I have no idea what to use to write on the bracelet. I would have returned the item but my kids were too stoked about the ruler on the other side.

Got as a gift for my sister, she was not impressed and returned immediately. Hopefully they work better for someone else!
