I don’t usually write reviews for products like this, but MiraLAX honestly exceeded expectations. If you’re looking for something gentle and predictable, this works exactly as advertised. It’s tasteless, dissolves easily in water (or pretty much any drink), and doesn’t have that harsh, cramping effect you get with some other laxatives. For me, it felt more like helping my system get back to normal rather than forcing anything. One of the biggest positives is how gradual and non-disruptive it is. You’re not rushing to the bathroom or dealing with urgency — it just works in the background over time. That makes it a lot easier to use consistently if needed. A couple things to keep in mind: • It may take a day or so to kick in, so don’t expect immediate results • You do need to stay hydrated for it to work effectively Overall, if you want something gentle, reliable, and easy to take, this is a solid choice. This product is incredibly gentle but effective. In order to reduce waste, I actually prefer using the large containers with a scoop when I'm at home but this is a great option for travel or just being out and about and needing to maintain a regimen. I would say that the packets really large and they could save a lot of packaging by making those smaller.

We recently went on a trip/cruise to Europe for two weeks so I had limited space. Also, being in a ship I didn’t have easy access to get meds. I saw these and thought it would solve my issue and it did! No big bottle to take!

We travel a lot and with the new food environment I need some help. Miralax to the rescue. The packets are great. the only thing I wish they would improve on is to have a tab to pull the packet open. I either need a scissor or use my teeth to get it open.

Highly recommended for days you just cannot go. There’s no bad taste, just a little salt taste. I love the single size packets, I carry it with me. Don’t worry, there will not be any “I have to run to the toilet” moments. This helps moves things along naturally.
