Would these be be suitable to do with a 5 year old

I’ve only used a few of the cards so far, so not sure about suitability of all the cards. Seem to be more for adults with the ones I’ve looked at. Have you tried relax kids. Look on Facebook . Very got for kids mindfulness

What kind of things do they say?

1. focus on an object, insect, tree and inspect in whilst relaxing thinking all about the object. 2. smell something strong (like coffee or perfume) Does it lift your mood? Excited? Loved? make you feel safe?

Would these be suitable as a stocking filler for a ten year old boy?

I would say yes. They are very easy to use and understand and the images which are simple and colours which help me to remember the message/challenge of the day are bright and easy to recall. Very good for helping with overthinking and anxiety. Simple, easy and not complicated at all.
