I have to echo all the other customer comments, this paste is amazing. I produce the incredibly old Chinese takeaway recipe, probably thousands of years old. Chicken curry and chips. It was better than the takeaway. Chicken thighs and onions in the slow cooker added peas at the last half hour. It’s so easy practically foolproof and so tasty.

Mix with the Chinese curry powder correctly and it’s just like a take away sauce.
