Loved this multi pack! It has a great assortment of colors and are very pretty. These were perfect for my 2nd lobe piercing that I leave in all the time. I love the flat backs to sleep in, as the posts do not poke you all night. The only issue I have is, I have lost a few backs, as they seem to slowly unscrew themselves with wear. I would recommend frequently checking and tightening them while wearing.

I got the 4mm size and they fit into my lobe piercings as well as my cartilage. Based off the previous reviews, I could have comfortably went with the 5mm as well. For the first time, I can sleep in these earrings without the backings pushing into my head. It makes me want to get more ear piercings I have been putting off because of sleep disruption.
