I use these every day now. I have the premier version, but I prefer these less expensive ones because they are lighter and heat up and cool off faster. Easy on the arms for older people. Great for the RV. These are slightly smaller in diameter and about half the thickness of the premier version with hollow handles. The quality seems excellent and the ceramic coating seems to be the same as the more expensive ones. I usually only use low to medium heat so I can't say what high heat might do to them. But the ceramic non stick is holding up much better than my other non stick pans and still working fine after many uses.

These pans are amazing!!! Absolutely non stick !! Love that the pan is ceramic coated - healthy, utensil friendly and absolutely easy to clean! Very even heating too. Only downside is that the pans are shallow and that the outside is kind of an ugly light green. I don’t display the pans so no one really sees the ugly color.

I have several large skillets but needed to smaller ones for smaller jobs. Cookware can be expensive, but I got these at a good discount so decided to give them a try. I just got them and like the way they look and feel, plus the fact that they are dishwasher safe and oven safe. I used one for the first time today to make omelets and they turned out great with no sticking whatsoever. And the cleanup was a breeze. As long as I use plastic or silicon utensils and no harsh abrasive cleaners, as directed, they should work fine for a long time. I hope. Only complaint is that the handle stayed cool except for where it joined the pan, so be careful where you grab it.

Never used ceramic pans before but we are impressed. Definitely no sticking

Eggs stick to these pans nearly instantly. I’ve tried a variety of ways to keep this from happening with no luck. Very disappointed in them as Calphalon usually makes good equipment. They’re very lightweight and heat up very fast on a gas stove top.

Perfect sizes for my cooking needs. Food doesn’t stick while cooking. Easy to wash too.

We had some older Calphalon non stick pans that had finally worn out. I picked these ceramic pans thinking maybe these would work better and stick less. We first tried pancakes a couple of times and the pan worked great with and without spray. A couple days later my wife cooked scrambled eggs without spray and they stuck to the pan like crazy. We will try with spray next but certainly expected better. So far our first experience with ceramic is not all that impressive
