PRISMXR Carina D1 Magnetic Charging Dock Compatible with Meta Quest 3, Effortless Drop-and-Charge Station, Space-Saving​ (with Charger)

The product is great. So easy to set up and getting working. It charges quickly. It isn't overly large and doesn't take up much more space than the headset itself. The only tricky part is, depending on your head strap, you may need to figure out how your head strap needs to be positioned when you place it in the cradle so the magnetic connection is correct and it will charge. Overall not that difficult to to do. My tag line mentioned customer service....well...it's really top notch. I had my charger for a few months and it started to not work properly. It wouldn't charge correctly, it would show as fully charged (green light indicator) even when I just got done using it. The head set was not fully charged and the indicator was saying was. I would fiddle with it and eventually it would then...after a while it wouldn't ever charge. I went on their discord channel and asked if anyone was having similar issues. I immediately received a response from the Prism XR team advising me they would send a DM. I received the DM, they asked a few questions, and then advised they would send a replacement free of charge. They wouldn't have any in stock to send for about three weeks, so they offered to send me out one of their battery belts, free of charge, so I would have something until the chargers were available. So I waited the three weeks and followed up with the contact I had from the DM message...the new...free of charge...charger was already on its way to me. He provided me the tracking number and I received it a day or two later. In today's world you don't ofter find companies who stand behind their products like this. They went above and beyond to make it right. I am very with the product and very impressed with their customer service. Anyone who is looking for some VR accessories, I would suggest you check out Prism XR...these guys are great!

****************************************************************** Update 21.11.2025: Nach unserer Schlechten Rezession unten hat uns der Support geschrieben und mitgeteilt dass die Probleme bei der alten Version bekannt sind und wir die neue Version testen sollen, wo die Probleme behoben sein sollen. Gesagt und getan: Bis jetzt können wir bestätigen, dass die Probleme behoben sind. Danke für den Tollen Support. ****************************************************************** Ursprüngliche Rezession: Das Teil ist ein Toller Ständer, das war es aber auch schon! Negativ Punkte: * Akkus in den Controllern sagen voll (grünes LED), funktionieren dann genau noch 5 Sekunden * Die Ladeverbindung zu der Quest 3 wird immer wieder unterbrochen, was auch zu einem nervigen gepiepse führt * Akkus leider nur NiMH Und ja, wir haben die Kontakte mit Kontaktreiniger mehrmals gereinigt, die Brille sowie die Controller & Akkus der Controller mehrmals raus und wieder eingesetzt. Also mehr als ein teurer Ständer ist es nicht! Danke an Amazon fürs Zurücknehmen und die Erstattung.
