Definitely yes. You need to take one to two per day all the time and then add two before a meal that you suspect will give you gas and bloatness. The way I can tell if I've got enough is that I can taste licorce flavor about 30 minutes after taking enough of the fennel. But it does work.

Does this help with bloating, pressure, constipation?

It helps a lot with gas and bloating but not necessarily constipation. Also, you need to take enough that when you burp you taste licorice. So if you don't like the taste of black licorice, I'd suggest you try something else.

Does this work for obesity?

I do not know. I used it to help with milk production when my kids were born.
