Sleepy time.
These melatonin pills work well at easing my anxieto, late at night. I can then proceed to swiftly fall asleep. The good thing is that it just takes one pill, and that alone packs a decent punch. Satisfied with my purchase of this product, thus far.

Best if you haven't had any real sleep
Works like a charm, I haven't had any real sleep for 13 days and ever since I got this, I finally got the 7 - 10 hour sleep I needed badly. It does make you drowsy and tired and thats what I love about it, this is day 4 of using it and I dont think I'll ever stop lol, the taste is normal like its not bad just bland, easy to swallow lol (thats what she said)

Great choice! Perfect strength
These were the perfect strength for me. I can't buy anything less than 10 mg personally. I have bought other "10 mg" melatonin pills off Amazon that I did not feel worked at all. These work! They helped me fall asleep fast and wake up refreshed in the morning. With other brands, sometimes I have to take 2x 10mg, but not these. Also these were one of the best priced for the quantity.

Although melatonin doesn't work well for me, the quality of this brand is much better than brand's i've tried here on amazon and costco

Smallish pills!
Great way to take melatonin. The pills are small enough so you don't choke and they work pretty fast. I've no idea about the taste, but it doesn't seem to have one. Sometimes I feel groggy in the morning but not overly so. Pretty good product.

Very Good product and dose.
Works very well, nice and gentle good night sleep with dreaming. I would say it can make you tired the next morning, but it is a great tool for sleep and a good dose. Update, Been using this for 6 months and cant live without it. it is more effective then the 20mg I am also taking. Now I will only buy this one. The best tip is learn to take this 2 hours before you wanna sleep, and since it is only 10mg you can take another safely and effectively at some point at night. Best deal on amazon plus best result, stock up you wont regret it.

This Melatonin works very well.
