I have used this supplement for several months and find that it really helps me to wind down and calm my mind and ease my anxiety so that I can get a restful night of sleep. There is no sedating effect, just a nice soothing relaxation.

It worked but not the best!!!

Came "melted" more than half stuck together.

One star because it did the opposite with me. However, due to my experience, my husband tried it the next night and he did great on it so this review is not to bash the product, but explain how some individuals may respond negatively to a particular ingredient in this product. I had vivid dreams (that did not feel good), woke up a lot and had trouble returning to sleep. I tried this version because it had magnesium glycinate, which is supposed to be better for sleep. I found out that some people with certain genetics can have a different response with a glycinate version when it comes to sleep. Because I’ve done some genetic testing in the past, I knew about my genes and the explanation I found online made perfect sense. I will go back to my magnesium oxide version …. I will not be using a glycinate version ever again! I’ve been taking this for several months now and I feel like it does help relax me at night and help me get to sleep quickly. I don’t have any sort of morning hangover from it. I will say it doesn’t KEEP me asleep, but it does help me fall asleep rather quickly. It doesn’t make me loopy like sleeping pills, just able to relax and get to sleep once I do get into bed.
