In the picture that I am reviewing, included are two handles which I imagine are for pulling on the resistance bands. They were included in my item however when I click on the item now, they are not included in any of the images. Just as well because they are garbage, I just tried to do some pull ups with them on my outdoor calisthenics frame using carabiners and the handles bent in half. This is likely why they've dropped it from the product.Personally, I value my architraves and door linings too much to be using the included attachment and I ordered this primarily for the resistance bands.These are good quality (same quality as others I have tried). I use them for warming up, adding dynamic resistance to movements such as cable shoulder raises, and my partner uses them for training up her ability to do body weighted pull ups.It comes with a drawstring carry pouch which nicely for once, all the product fits inside without jamming it all in.For £19.99 it's worth it for the resistance bands.
