Very disappointing experience. The product is nothing like what’s advertised. The Frootle engineer came for a demo — it failed to clean even simple glass surfaces and left visible smudge marks. When asked, he said, “This is the best it cleans.” I’ve tried reaching Amazon and Frootle multiple times — no one is responding or taking the product back. It doesn’t work as promised and feels like a waste of money. Requesting Amazon to take this issue seriously and arrange a return/refund immediately.

Excellent product. It made my life easy in cleaning the glasses in the house taking lot of time now I just on it and keep on the glass it cleans the whole glass and then just shift it to other glass.

I recently bought the Winbot W2 Omni, and I couldn’t be happier. Setup was simple, the design is intuitive, and it attaches securely to windows and glass doors without hassle. It’s lightweight and easy to move between surfaces. I use it every two weeks to clean floor-to-ceiling windows, wardrobe glasses, shower glass, and even large mirrors — and it performs flawlessly. It leaves insignificant watermarks, handles edges and corners well, and the battery life and runtime are excellent. The service is a bit clumpsy though especially with frootle, took some 2 weeks for instllation. by then I had used it multiple times. Not sure if something breaks how long will it take to fix with this response lag. Time will tell Bonus: you can use and charge it at the same time. We live near the ocean, so keeping windows clean from seagull droppings was a constant challenge. Professional cleaning didn’t last long, and manual cleaning was tiring and streaky. The Winbot solved it all. Now, I get crystal-clear glass anytime without ladders or supplies. The “different modes fast ,through , edge , cleaning works great, if that’s not enough can do custom cleaning with remote (via app), and safety features like strong suction, a rope, and a stable base make it trustworthy. Pro tip: Get few pieces of ecovac cleaning pads — swapping clean pads speeds things up especially if external windows needs to be cleaned. Visitors always notice our spotless glass. Just buy it. You’ll thank yourself. Ecovac doesnt provide any service in India. I think service is provided by Frootle which may be bit sloppy. Took 2 weeks to give the demo by then I have already cleaned my windows multiple times. Hopefully same doent happen if there is any issue.

Just got this a few months ago and honestly, I'm really happy with it. The company sent someone over for a demo right after delivery, which was helpful to get started. I have a lot of sliding glass doors at home, and on a single charge, this thing cleaned 8 large ones. I was genuinely surprised - what normally takes me hours of wiping and re wiping is done with minimal effort now. Just set it up and let it do its thing. Super easy to use once you get the hang of it. The suction is strong and it does a solid job on the glass. Only thing I have noticed is it doesn't quite get the very edges on my sliding doors, but that is really because of how the door frames are built, not the robot's fault. It's a tiny issue compared to how much time this saves me. If you are on the fence about getting one, I'd say go for it. Worth every rupee.
