I think it’s not as bad as others say, the taste isn’t amazing but also not disgusting. You get use to it, I wouldn’t chew them because they will get stuck in your teeth, just suck on them like they are hard candy I think it’ll be absorbed better that way. I do say it works but I was taking one a day instead of two so the effect was a little slow but it works great with vitamins and Mary Ruth hair vitamins put those three together and it’s amazing I would definitely buy again.
