Great product. Anyone larger than a mens 11 US would possibly have a tight fit. i am a 10 so its perfect for me . freezes quickly and stayed cool for 20 mins. Seriously helping w my gout pain better than any medication or cold pack i have tried. highly recommend.

Love these! These are very comfortable and for my situation with fractures on 2nd 3rd and 4th metatarsal they work extremely well to relieve pain and swelling when I take my orthopedic boot off at the end of the day. I use both on my left foot, I wear the one for the right foot upside down , that way I can put the second one on when the first one has lost the cold feeling. I like the adjustable strap so can tighten them up to fit my foot perfectly.

These are awesome I just wish they stayed cold longer. I had Bunion surgery on both of my feet earlier this year and wish I had them right after surgery. Super comfortable

Good for when elevating your foot. Out of the freezer it stayed really cold for about 10 minutes but I leave it on for about 20 minutes because the pressure seems to help with swelling. My only complaint is the big toe hole is not very stretchy so it was quite hard to put on until I got it stretched out.

Works great for pain in foot, but it didn't keep shape when freezing it. Have to wait a little while to defrost to shape back on foot

Was diagnosed with gout earlier this year, nothing was providing even short term relief minus rest and more rest. These would help quell the flares for 3-4 hours at a time, and they freeze quickly for reuse. Highly recommend.

This is the absolute best Ice pack for post bunion surgery. I have tried so many from Amazon that had great reviews that were terrible. This is the only one that works. So happy it’s amazing.

Worked well. It's VERY cold if put in the freezer. Too cold for my foot so I keep it in the fridge instead. Fits tight around the big toe.
