Gorgeous but too big!
Beautiful colors, nice style, excellent quality, and good price. The turquoise is super fun, and the zippers work great with no catches. Only problem is that it is too big! I am fairly petite (5'3", 115 lbs) and the XS was too big, though usually it fits perfectly on me. Sleeves were too long and wide, and the torso was too big. Sizing down one would have fit great, but unfortunately Columbia does not sell XXS. Very sad, as it was an excellent find otherwise. I will have to return it.

Great jacket!
I got the yellow bc it was on sale for $35 and I thought color was pretty. The jacket fit perfect! I am 5’10” curvy 185 lbs , bought XL. It curves in at waist some so it’s not slumpy looking and the arms were long and comfy. It’s breathable and has enough room to wear over sweaters too. Good quality (don’t know about rain part yet. 10/10

Tight arms
This jacket looks very nice on however the arms had no extra room to wear other layered clothing, sweater or sweatshirt with it. I have fatter arms and there was no way I could have worn a sweater or sweatshirt with this. If you have thin arms it would be great. Needed it for an Alaskan cruise to be able to wear layered clothing and there is no way my arms would have fit. They were tight with a sleeveless shirt on.

Great jacket! Be careful picking your size.
For the record: I don't love this jacket, my wife does. I love my wife and she looks great in this jacket. We were a little confused by the mixed reviews on sizing. Many reviewers were posting remarks about the importance of ordering a size up to allow room for a sweater or something similar. Yet there were other reviewers saying the exact opposite. My wife is normally in-between small and medium when buying shirts and jackets (yes it's extremely frustrating buying clothes for her) so we figured we should go with a medium since most reviewers were saying to go a size up. We ended up going to a store that carried these locally to try on the fit. Buying locally at the store would have been WAY more expensive! But it was useful to get the sizing just right. My wife said the medium felt like she was wearing a bag and she'd be swimming in it. Don't know exactly what that means except that it was too large for her taste and not form fitting. She tried the small and it fit just right. Our recommendation is to get ahold of a jacket locally even if it's not the exact model or color you're considering but a Columbia brand rainproof jacket and try a few on to ensure you get the right fit for you to avoid the hassle of returning the product for a different size. I realize that this isn't possible for everyone but amidst the confusion and various opinions on the matter it's what we recommend. If that isn't possible then decide what size based on your body shape and what you hope to use this jacket for. If you'll need it as an outer layer with multiple other layers underneath for warmth then go a size up. If you're going to use it just to stay dry with a small sweatshirt or t shirt with a fleece jacket underneath then ordering your normal size will be just fine and offer mobility. As for it's use, the jacket did it's job holding up to downpour rainstorms in Hilo Hawaii yet remaining comfortable and relatively breathable while having a very attractive appearance. We took it on several hikes and it kept her dry through several bouts of rain. She highly enjoyed and recommends this jacket as a lightweight and very rainproof jacket that has some style and isn't "a bag to go swimming in."

Great jacket
Fits great! I originally ordered and XL but felt that the style was too fitted across the chest. This feels more comfortable when I need to layer. The material is light but waterproof and the color is perfect.

Great little rain jacket
Great lightweight rain jacket with hood. The lining is mesh so it's not going to provide much warmth. No bag for storing. Fit was good based on Amazon size recommendation(XL) however I'm broad shouldered and want it to fit loose. Sleeves a little long but velcro makes it easy to adjust. 195lbs, 5'1" 42D

Very Nice Rain Jacket with Good Protection
The jacket arrived in great condition and the size I had ordered (XL). While it is very lightweight, it is of good quality. I wore it recently during a moderately heavy rainstorm and 40 degree temperatures and am very pleased with how well it protected me not only from the rain (my clothes and I stayed totally dry), but also how well it protected from the wind. Also, with the jacket being an XL, I'm able to wear layers underneath, which kept me warm in the cool temperatures during the rainstorm, without the jacket feeling tight and constricting. The non-detachable hood comes down quite a ways over the forehead, so protects hair and glasses from getting wet, and has a drawstring to tighten the hood for further protection-- as does the bottom hem of the jacket. In addition, the jacket, itself, zips up all the way to the bottom of your chin, preventing rain and wind from coming in by your neck. There are also velcro strips that close over the zipper for added protection. The other plus with this jacket is that it's packable. The left front pocket is designed to be large enough to stuff the jacket into if you're traveling, and has a double zipper (ie, on both outside and inside of the pocket) so that once stuffed into the pocket, it can be zipped up to contain the rest of the jacket inside the pocket. And, while this is a little bulky, it's flat enough to easily fit into luggage or even a backpack without taking up a whole lot of room. I definitely recommend this rain jacket.
