All you need to setup your smart home
This is perfect to setup automations with Alexa or Google home. It’s super easy to setup and it works great! I’ve had no issues with any of my units and their build quality seems superb. They have a button on the side to manually power them on and off and they also show a little light when they are on which is thoughtful design in case you need to troubleshoot. I have lamps connected to them and use Alexa to turn them on and off by command. You can set them up to power by timer as well. Make sure you set them all up to the same WiFi network you have your Alexa/Google to prevent any issues when you are setting them up. My only problem is I need more to automate more things!

It just works.
I've come to appreciate IoT devices that are as friction free as possible, and like every Linkind device I own, these fit that criteria. Apple Home recognizes them right away, and the setup was a breeze, as each hooked right up to my 2.4 GHz router I have set aside specifically for IoT devices. They work exactly when told, exactly as they're told (you'd think that there's no real way to mess up a simple binary toggle, but you'd be surprise.) They're small enough to set two side by side or top to bottom, they're well-made and don't feel cheap or flimsy or like they'll fall apart in the socket. The only thing I'd like is if I could turn off the status indicator LED as that little thing is BRIGHT, which is not great for a dark room at night. But a piece of electrical tape placed strategically fixes that for most such LEDs.

Easy choice, would buy again!
Work perfectly and without fail! I have been using these for over a year now and bought 4 more. They work great with Alexa and do everything they are advertised to do. The app is really easy to set up and once they are set up in there they connect without pause to Alexa.

The Matter Set Up Rocks!!
This is by far the fastest, easiest smart plug I have ever set up. I used the matter set up with my Google home. Plugged the smart plug in and it popped up on my phone to scan the QR code. Couple minutes later it was all set up. No downloading another app, no connecting to the plug via WiFi then switch back to home WiFi (usually takes lots of attempts), no connecting the app to Google home, no going through all that again when it brain f@rts. So easy, so fast when using the matter set up. Note: matter enabled hub device required for this easy set up which is part of some Google home devices. Update: took off one star. After a brief power outage plug was no longer recognized. Took complete removal and complete reset and several attempts to set back up. This should not be the case.

Linkind Smart Plug
I absolutely love this device! It was so easy to set it up, and it worked right away with my Alexa app. I have not had any problems with it at all, and it has been super helpful and a great addition to my home.

Easy to pair. Great price. Works as they should!
I held off reviewing these as I was not sure if I was going to keep them.... I am and will also be adding more. I have revamped my home automation as some of my devices are going to be worthless in a few weeks as they are ending all services...so I wanted to make sure I bought something that was Zwave, ZigBee, or Matter... they have to be able to communicate and process locally...no reaching out to a remote server...I am done with that. I priced out a few options and decided to try the Linkind smart plugs. I use these with a Hubitat C8 Pro hub and they all paired quickly and easily with the QR code. I have now been using some of them daily . So far they have remained connected, followed commands as they should, are quick to respond, and overall work how I want them to work. I never had to use the Linkind app to get them to pair, that is what Matter is all about. Definitely would recommend.

Great Value Smart Plugs with Matter Protocol — Reliable, Affordable, and Future-Proof
I’ve been using smart plugs for years, but the Linkind Matter Smart Plug (4-pack) really stands out — and not just because they’re about half the price of some “big brand” options. What sets them apart for me is Matter protocol support. If you’ve been dabbling in smart home tech, you know how frustrating it is when devices only work in their own app or have quirky compatibility. With Matter, I set these up directly in Apple Home without juggling multiple manufacturer accounts. They also work with Alexa, Google, and SmartThings if that’s your ecosystem. 🔌 Setup: Super easy. I paired them with my HomePod in under two minutes — no separate app required. The option to use the AiDot app without a hub is a nice touch, too. ✅ Performance: - They respond instantly to voice commands and app controls. ⚡ - The offline-ready feature is a game changer — even if my internet goes down, my automations still work within my local network. - Compact design means I can plug two into the same wall outlet without wrestling with bulky adapters. Extra Features I Love: - Built-in scheduling is perfect for my morning coffee maker ☕ and evening lamps. - 15A/1800W rating is more than enough for heavier-duty devices like space heaters (though I still monitor for safety). - Fire-resistant materials and overload protection give peace of mind. 🔥 Pros: - Very affordable for a Matter-certified device 💰 - Wide compatibility (Apple, Alexa, Google, SmartThings) - Offline control capability - Compact, safe design Cons: - 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only (not a deal-breaker, but worth noting) 📶 - Requires a Matter-compatible hub for certain platforms Bottom Line: If you’re building or upgrading a smart home, these are a no-brainer. They future-proof your setup with Matter compatibility, work reliably, and cost less than many non-Matter alternatives. Honestly, for the price of one premium smart plug, you can get four of these and have change left for coffee. ☕✨
