So far it works well. The previous charger I had was the same one but it stopped charging after 1.5 years. I thought it would continue working until I upgraded to new IPhone in September 2026.

This phone case with a built-in battery has been amazing. It fits my phone perfectly and provides extra battery life whenever I need it. The charging is fast, and I don’t have to worry about my phone dying while I’m out. The case feels sturdy, offers good protection, and the buttons are easy to press. As others have noted, this will not charge wirelessly. Tried several different certified chargers. Not sure if the company reads these reviews, but this is clearly false advertising and should be pulled from Amazon. If anyone knows of the secret button to press to enable wireless charging, please get it out here in the reviews. I only hope the rest of the negative reviews are user error, but I fear they are not.

I love this battery case for my iPhone 17 Pro Max! The 12,000mAh battery provides plenty of extra power, so I don’t have to worry about my phone dying during the day. Works but only gets one full charge before needing to be charged again

Pderfect fit, Solid material, Great looks! And the MagSafe feature gives my 16e everything it needs to compete with the rest of the Apple iPhone 16 line. Need I remind you guys this case still lets you carry your 16e around in your trouser pocket. I love this thing!

This charger and 2 others of the same brand and model do not charge wirelessly. They have the nice MagSafe magnet and emblem, but that's it. Nothing behind that which supports wirelessly charging despite their claim that it does. Tried 2 different charges as well, one Qi2 MagSafe certified. Neither charged the battery pack, but both charged the iPhone when taken out of the case. They also say to contact them for any issues. Good luck with that...
