Great quality. Good for RVers.
I’d never used a gravity filter before but we spent the winter in south Texas (where the water tastes like dirt and looks even worse) and we were going broke buying bottled water for drinking, coffee, and cooking. Plus, we were generating SO MUCH plastic waste, it was killing my earth-friendly heart. I considered the super expensive brand but luckily when I went to their website to purchase one, they were out of stock on the size I wanted. I came across the IceJoy in my research and decided that the cost was worth giving gravity filters a try. Packaged well, easy to assemble (even priming the filters wasn’t as bad as I had anticipated). We fill up at night and have freshly filtered water ready each day. We fill reusable glass bottles to have ready in the fridge, and also fill and chill our SodaStream bottles so they are ready each day as well. We are pleased with the quality of the water. I like the look of the filter in my kitchen. The unit is tall but the footprint is small. If you’re on the fence or want to try a gravity filter without breaking the bank, this might be the one for you. It’s great in the RV too. When you travel you never know what the water quality might be. This filter helps us manage that and always have water on hand. UPDATE: We are coming up on 6 months with this water filter and about 5 months in, the filtering slowed down significantly and after about a week, basically stopped. We’ve replaced the white filters today and we will see if things start flowing again. It is my understanding that the white filters last about 6 months and the black are good for a year for our usage rates. I hope that’s the case. I’m not super shocked that the filters got clogged or filled or whatever happened since the water where we have been staying is completely awful. I hope the filter change gets us back in business.

A must for Sailing and Marina water
What a great product and water taste great, no chlorine or chemical taste, fluoride filter is a plus. Just break it down once every month or so and clean it up. You’ll get a better quality water and functional filter system that last longer.

Unusable
I received the IceJoy about a week ago. It was well packaged and everything looked good. I assembled the system as per the instructions. When I tested for leaks prior to full assembly, no water would come out of the spigot. I unscrewed the handle and there was a rubber housing/washer inside. There was a die cut hole inside of it but it did not go all the way through which assumedly is the reason for this issue. I tried removing this piece, and the water just ran through so clearly this is a necessary component. I can find no information regarding assembly aside from the provided instructions so it's not possible for me to determine of this is a factory defect or not. Either way, I have been unable to use the system. There's no phone number for customer service just an email address which when I tried to contact the company, the message was returned saying host or domain name not found. Very frustrating. Certainly hope they do refunds.

Amazing tasting water.
I absolutely love this my water taste so much better I have fresh water all the time because it’s so large. I would definitely recommend this especially if you’re worried about all the chemicals that are in the water right now. Looks good filters last a very long time, I would definitely recommend.

Love it!
I’m loving this water filtration system. The water is so much better than tap and I can definitely tell a difference. Easy setup and changing of filter. It does exactly what I was looking for it to do.

Some Parts Rust-Seller Replaced Parts
Edit*** the seller is sending me stainless steel nut and faucet. Says they’ve made the change recently to these being stainless steel. Changed my rating up to a 4 star for the customer service being good and for receiving a replacement. :) Was loving this product but as my photo shows, not all parts are stainless steel and will rust thus defeating the point of filtering the water. Would love if the seller could replace the nut with a food-grade or stainless steel option otherwise I will find an option so I can keep using the product. At this point l, I don’t recommend unless you’re willing to swap some parts and make sure all parts are food-grade and/or stainless steel. -***edit, I would message the seller if you’re having this issue.

Best Filtration System by a Mile
Bought this to replace the Zero Water filtering pitcher. This thing is not cheap, but it's worth every penny. First, it's made of fine quality stainless steel, unlike the Zero Water pitcher, which is made of plastic. We have read that plastic containers leak microplastics, which is bad for your health over time. Second, it's big! It's several times the size of the pitcher, which means no more constant refilling. (We measured the whole thing, and the stacked containers are 21" tall, with the tripod, it's about 26".) Third, this system offers superior filtering, and the water comes out tasting really good. This filtration system is far superior to all the previous filtration systems we've used (Zero Water, PUR, etc.).

Great idea, bad implementation?
We're pretty disappointed with this water filtration system. It's supposed to hold 3 gallons, but it actually only holds two. When we filled it with 3 gallons, it leaked all over our counter and floor! The carbon filter sits higher than the 2-gallon mark in the upper tank, so I don't think that the water is getting the filtration we expect. It's possible that there's some sealing gasket that is missing from our tank, but my husband didn't see anything in the manual. (Yes, he actually read the manual first!) And when we started using it, the water tasted vaguely sweet and metallic for a while. Overall, if our window to return hadn't closed a couple of weeks ago, I'd be looking to return this item.
