The manual contains multiple schematics of the human hand/arm musculature and skeletal structure, complete with names (posterior muscle group vs lateral; phalanx’s and metacarpals) plus detailed, step-by-step instructions for half a dozen exercises. In this era, the majority of manuals consist solely of a QR code on a business card. Ergo, this manual seems to affirm that company cares about its product quality, and therefore, coincidentally, about the consumer as well. Crazy stuff.

These devices appear to be well made and function smoothly. Allow convenient and versatile strengthening of hand, finger and some arm muscles. I think the 3 sizes I bought will get the job done. Younger and stronger uses might need the strongest size.
