Why does it say made in china? And not in Sanwa box?

it's not made in China, it is made in Japan. please check the explanation that comes with product. not in Sanwa box? --> When we purchase, SANWA does not include color box. for the color box you see from internet. that's made by 3rd party. i doubt if they are Genuine or if they are authorized to do this. ours is the way when we got from SANWA. not extra work. only professional knows about this point.

The Sanwa JLF-TP-8YT is one of the most quality universal joystick available. So much so that there are many Sanwa clones. So to answer your question, yes, you can absolutely use this with a raspberry pi 4, though it won't be the only thing needed. You'll possibly need a different USB conversion kit, though the one you already have likely would work just fine.

Genuine Sanwa

Genuine Sanwa. Works great. I have replaced my Hayabusa with Sanwa on Hori Fighting Edge. The only thing is that the microswitches have a little squick sound but from what i read this will go off in a couple of weeks. Not all sticks are like this so I recommend it 😁

Classic joystick that needed screws and harness

yeah its a classic joystick, but you will need some screws to affix to a control deck if you dont have any and the wires need soldering or a fixing to a harness some how.. i bought a separate 4 pack of 5pin harnesses to get to my usb board. if there were 4 screws and harness i could connect out the box id have given it 5 stars.

Legitimate Sanwa Product

I like to wait a bit before I review a product, get some time and use on it. I read a review on here that claimed this wasn't legit Sanwa, that is not the case for me at least. Excellent lever, pretty easy to install, even if you've never done it. I watched a video or two and no issues at all. If you want to replace your lever with something better, or are just building from scratch, this is the world's best lever for a reason. Fast delivery, great quality.

Doy una estrella al producto enviado porque no se puede dar cero. El joystick enviado es FALSO, no os dejeis engañar, cobran al precio de un auténtico Sanwa por un joystick que no lo es. Como prueba os dejo unas fotos sacadas del joystick recibido y del auténtico que Wish Technologies publicita en Amazon. La primera y la tercera son fotos del joystick recibido y si las comparas con el producto auténtico puedes ver que la caja ya resulta sospechosa porque no hay ninguna imagen del joystick ni logo de la marca, nada de nada. Además, la placa del restrictor no deja dudas al respecto, en la original hay una pieza central con un hueco cuadrado que permite un movimiento en cuatro direcciones y que puede girarse para ampliar el mivimiento a ocho direcciones y, sobre todo en ella SIEMPRE pone Sanwa, tenéis la fito como ejemplo. En la tercera foto, la de la falsificación que me han enviado, podéis observar que el hueco central de la placa restrictora es ¡¡¡redondo!!! y NO HAY RASTRO de la palabra Sanwa por ningún lado. Para justificar todo este dislate estos cachondos incluyen en la caja en código qr que te lleva a una página de SINTRON ¿? en la que aparecen unas facturas de compra de joysticks Sanwa y explican que al exportar desde Hong Kong cualquier producto tienen que poner made in China, me parto. Esta tomadura de pelo se va a saldar con la devolución de la falsificación y denunciando esta práctica a Amazon. Mi recomendación es que no lo compréis.
