Reliable
Great customer service, especially from Phoebe! I had a few issues with my scooter after owning it for about a year, which is expected with regular use, but she handled everything immediately and was very helpful throughout the process. The scooter itself has been very reliable. The battery life is great — I can usually ride for 1–2 hours depending on speed and terrain, which makes it perfect for exploring or daily rides. It also has impressive speed with strong, reliable brakes that make riding feel safe and controlled.Another thing I like is how convenient it is for transportation. It fits easily in my car and is simple to carry around when needed, not gonna lie it is a bit heavy. The setup was also super easy since it came mostly preassembled right out of the box.Overall, I’m very satisfied with this scooter and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something fast, reliable, and convenient.

Review from a.240lb man. Very good
Im 240lbs and this thing is crazy fast. Put it in sport mode and two wheel drive and it just goes. The speedometer seems to glitch out after 35mph but id guess I max it out at ariu d 45. Fast enough to be scary. Build quality is excellent, stability is very impressive, feels like the scooter equivalent of a cruizer motorcycle. The suspension is perfect, trail riding felt like snowboarding. It had no problem with 25% hills. I always like it when people tell you what they pwid so you can track pricing, it was $780usd including shipping after discounts. Absolutely worth it. Highly rexcomend

Great (when it wants to work, which lately has not been much)
Worked great for the first month, however, after that, we started noticing the battery life went downhill (even went to the website to see their recommendations and tried all of them. Then the scooter started flashing an error message (which we now see is a common issue for this scooter). It would flash the message, then beep, and shit down. At first it was once every few days, but now, it's every single time and my son has not been able to ride it, because it doesn't move. Waiting to hear from customer service to see if they can figure out a solution. Very frustrating to pay this much for a scooter to work for a month. When it works, it's great. But it's spent more time sitting in our garage then actually being used.

Absolutely Amazing Electric Scooter!
I recently purchased this electric scooter, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! The build quality is outstanding, with a sturdy frame that feels both durable and lightweight. The battery life is impressive, allowing me to travel long distances without worrying about running out of power. The ride is smooth and comfortable, even on slightly uneven surfaces. The acceleration is quick, and the speed is perfect for commuting or just cruising around the city. I also love the sleek design and modern features, such as the bright LED lights and easy-to-read display.Overall, this scooter exceeded my expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a reliable and fun way to get around, I highly recommend this model! Definitely worth every penny.Let me know if you want any tweaks!

Fun to Ride, but Lacking in Support and Parts Availability
The iScooter iX7 Pro is genuinely fun to ride — it’s smooth, has good speed and stability, and feels like a solid value for a commuter or recreational scooter. That said, there are a few things that are hard to overlook.Mine arrived missing some fender screws, which wasn’t a dealbreaker since I like to fix things myself. However, I quickly ran into a bigger issue: I couldn’t find a reliable way to purchase individual replacement parts for this model. No official parts store, no third-party options, and to make things worse, no response at all from iScooter’s customer service after multiple attempts to reach out. This raises concerns for the long term. The scooter is fun now, but I’m worried about what happens if something more critical breaks or shakes loose over time — especially since scooters take a lot of wear and tear. Good customer service and access to parts are essential for a product like this, and unfortunately, iScooter seems to fall short in both areas. If you’re handy and willing to take the risk, the ride itself is enjoyable. But if you’re looking for long-term reliability and company support, you may want to look elsewhere — or at least wait until they improve their parts availability and communication.

First impressions
Update 12-9-24So riding this thing is fantastic and an absolute blast!!! That being said let's talk range...the claim for this model is 50+ miles...not sure where they pulled that number besides having a 75 pound teen test riding on a flat surface with no wind and a slight down grade😆. Ive gotten a maximum of 15 miles and that is testing a variety of methods both 1 and 2 wheel drive, lowest and highest speeds and 15 is cap for me. I'm 230 pound so I know my husky bum has a hindering to the performance but I wouldn't think it'd be that significant...trying to not be offended 😆.I really do enjoy this scooter, it's a blast to ride!!! It's quick and its offload capability is unbelievable!!! I've taken it down muddy trails where I've has the scooter nearly sideways just trucking along😆. It can get a little tail happy but if you move your center of gravity around the board you can have a lot of fun throwing it around in the dirt😁. For the price bracket this sits in i can't complain too much, it's no Varla or RoadRunner!!! But for an entry lever scooter this thing ricks right out of the box!!Speed- it's speedometer could use some calibration as it's a bit off on the higher speeds. Tested it out on flat straight aways and it caps at 31mph in max gear in 2 wheel, far shy of the 40 it claims. Ill test again later but so far the numbers do not match what they claim, again not disappointed for the price since it's still a solid scooter.Over all I'd recommend this to cut your teeth before getting one of those big high end scooters that go 60+ mph😬.So I just got my scooter about 2 hours ago and I've already clocked about 10 miles on it according to the OD. First impression; this thing is a BLAST!!! For the cost compared to similar scooters in the "off road" catagory this thing is next to none! I did loads of research before landing on this scooter and I'm glad I did😁. The controls aren't the most intuitive but after a few minutes they become very simple😁. It came with about 50% battery and that got me through 10 miles and all the various speeds going on and off road and climbing hills and it's impressive to say the least. Maxed the speed at 40mph but it felt a bit squirrelly so I backed off and staying in the nice mid range "race" mode where it caps at about 30mph. Definitely turn off the damn cruise control because that is dangerous for that to be default so be aware of that right out the gate😅. Brakes are not Hydraulic but they grab pretty tightly and I feel they're adequate for this scooter, however I will be installing Hydraulic calipers in the coming days just for added safety.Bottom line is that day one for someone who hasn't ridden one of these infernal contraptions before managed to get incredibly comfortable in a matter of minutes. It's a good scooter with good ground clearance and suspension so bang for the buck is right on😁. I'll update as I go along with it if anything goes wrong with it😁

Great scooter
Amazing scooter , super fun , and very fast. Do not believe the advertised miles, depending on which mode you’re in, will determine the range the mileage you get . Very user friendly and very easy to ride. Long term usage of single motor mode will over heat the motor, but in dual motor mode you’re good to go. Expect for the it to charge a good portion of the day depending on how low you managed to get the battery. Overall I do not regret my purchase

Great scooter
Love the scooter, this scooter definitely gets up and moves as I’ve personally had it up to 38 miles an hour, and it definitely keeps up with cars in my neighborhood. When using both motors in the highest speed, it does burn through the battery so don’t expect it to go very far. The only thing I wish was the battery would last much longer at higher speeds. Otherwise everything is amazing.FYI: if you like, stopping places, get you one of these locks that wrap around the handlebar
