I thought it was of petrol, but on further consideration it was more likely to be ostrich poop! A good dunking in soapy (cheap fairy knock off) water and left propped up in the bath to air dry, and the smell has gone! One star deducted for the smell as it was fixable, but awful. It's a natural product so maybe I'm naive thinking it'd be cleaned feathers. Anyway, works well as a soft duster and I can reach the ceiling corner over the couch now.
