**Q: does this clock track overtime starting at 9.5 hours**
A: Ours is several years old.  We total hours from the time cards to determine over time.  Our machine doesn't provide totals.

A: No

**Q: Does it have backup if electric goes off**
A: If the power goes off, the settings, including time, will be maintained and not have to be reset once power is restored. However the unit itself will not operate without power.
