I gave these as a house warming gift. Much appreciated.

I got these got my wife as I thought she migh appreciate the padded grips. We have an old Cutco pair I normally. Use and today compared them by nipping branches up to a half inch. They work about equally well - on normal small branches these are actuañlly easier to cut and are more comfortable the titanium nitride coating seems to prevent sap from adhering to them. If your looking for a good pair of nippers these will work well.

Seems to do what it's supposed to do, I'm happy with it and the plants seem to be happy to now they are not drowning in water.............

Lets me know exactly when to water. Every plant lover should have this wonderful product!

Pruning

I choose these pruners because I need to be able to cut larger branches. The pruners that I received have a much smaller opening than shown. See photo.

Useful, helps ensure correct watering.

Read many reviews about needing large hands to use these, and I would agree. Now, that being said, I have large hands and could get the necessary leverage, but they still didn't cut very well. They are not very sharp.
