Great icecream
The best ice cream ever easy to operate and easy to clean

Awesome - Easy - simple
so simple and sooo good, we have only used the best ingredients but this machine is consistently awesome. Six batched in and all good. 10.9.25 - Update, machine has performed great! 16 batches, over 55 pints of ice cream. We have done multiple versions of straight/mix ins/coffee/textures - machine just works. We have used 14% and 10% professional ice cream mix from a dairy producer. Very pleased with machine-easy to clean as well

Makes great ice cream!
Have enjoyed this. It’s crazy how cold it gets -15 degrees! We have made several batches of ice cream so far. Most take between 40 and 50 minutes. Would recommend!! Ice cream is ready to eat when done, but it has a nice feature where you can leave it in the machine for a while and then it freezes up even more. It is heavy and takes up a bit of counter space so keep this in mind. It’s not something you want to drag out of a cupboard every time you use it. It’s going to live on the countertop.

Wish the motor was stronger.
MKrs great ice cream and gets very cold very quickly. The motor at a certain consistency of the ice cream stops. I like my ice cream churned a little more. Although, it does make great ice cream overall. I have also found that adding anything else to the ice cream is best done after it stops churning. If not it will stop to soon do to the thickness of the ice cream. It is great at making multiple batches without having to wait. I have a large family and everyone wants different ice creams.

Easy to use, quick to make great sorbet!
I love this unit. In the past I went with the cheap manual "put the cylinder in the freezer" type of ice cream maker, but in prep for launching a catering company with my partner, I decided to buy a more professional model where we can easily make 4-5 batches of frozen desserts per day. I just received the unit, but a few things really impressed me: 1) The footprint is very manageable as it's more vertical than some of the other models I've seen. Counter space is always at a premium. 2) The compressor got the unit cold super fast. I did a half batch of sorbet as my 1st test run and it finished within 30 minutes. 3) The texture of the sorbet was perfect. Snowy more than icy, closer to Italian ice texture which is what I was after. 4) Cleanup was easy, just let the canister thaw a bit then pull and rinse/wash. Again, this review is early days so I will come back if any comments on unit quality or functionality but so far I'm very pleased.

Our Oliboni is a workhorse for making a larger quantity of ice cream. Love the easy cleanup.
Heavy duty and reliable. I've been making ice cream with this new maker for a couple of weeks and we are very happy with the output. It has a large enough capacity so I don't have to make more everyday. I am very happy with the sturdiness of the machine and how easy it is to clean.

Perfect ice cream
Work great. Very easy to operate. Perfect ice cream in 60 min. Serve ready, no need to put in the freezer for hours to firm.

Makes a lot of noise when running. Squeaks when running and loud noise when it finishes
