Scissor Jack Car Jack, Ratchet Handle Saving Strength Design (1.5Ton)

It's a good little lightweight jack! Value is good! I use it alongside a cordless drill with a 17mm deep socket to quickly and easily spin up lightweight stuff like lawnmowers and 4 wheelers for maintenance and love it. For weekend warriors doing maintenance its great! I like the handle that comes with it but my drill is my fun way to crank something up and down like a nascar crew. I have not used it to raise a car yet, but I would say it will do the job ok on most of today's mid weight cars, SUVs, and light pickups. Judging by how light this Jack is it might be a chore for it to raise a heavy pickup made for work, but for me its great!

Very easy to use. Feels very light in comparison with my OEM one. For some that might be indicative of low quality, but it held up in my case. Mainly got it because I liked the idea of a ratchet for something like this. The gap for the frame of the car to go in, is a bit wider than I would have liked as I feel it might cause a stability issue if you're not on perfectly flat ground. Did a test and left it there for 15 minutes (I'd estimate about average time to replace a flat using hand tools) on a 4-door sedan. It seems to hold fine.

Instructions are not in English. Play with it and you can figure it out. Like the finger tabs for raising the jack into position before having to use the ratchet handle and lowering the jack for storage.

I was sceptical when I bought this. I wanted a light car jack for size and weight constraints in my packed work vehicle. This fit the bill, same size and weight as a normal swivel jack. But I wanted something better than the old hook and loop design on more commonly found jacks. The ratchet handle does make it easy to lift and drop my car. It is well constructed, and the price was comparable to like products I've seen and have used before. It's not going to beat a hydraulic jack for speed, but for an emergency jack it certainly fits the bill.

This is a light duty jack. It's well suited to smaller cars, and heavier vehicles with skill and caution. I have used it extensively with my Smart car, and with stabilization on my SUV - it works well, but has limited lateral stability (as one would expect with a light scissor jack). I'm very satisfied, but it's not a heavy duty jack.

I’m only lifting a few hundred pounds with this unit. Will work fine. Not sure I’d try lifting a truck with this. It’s lightweight and small in size so can get into small areas. I bought it so I can use power drill with socket to lift and lower. Does come with its own wrench. Made in China. Could give it 5 stars, but it’s just a jack.

This scissor jack fits perfectly in my trunk, comes with a ratcheting handle and is easy and effective to use.

Bought for my wife's car. Was changing a tire and this jack failed, fortunately i had the frame supported. In an emergency, if some one was using this to change to a spare on the side of the road the car could fall on them.

It is serving the purpose. OK for jacking the mid-size SUV.
