I am not healthy but trying to walk more and drink more water and no caffeine so has anyone who was overweight or not as healthy gotten pregnant?

I am overweight but I am very active. I was 5'00ft and 195lbs when i got pregnant. I am 24 weeks pregnant and so far there has been no complications (knock on wood). I also have PCOS and was taking fertility meds but they didnt help for months so i drank this 3x a day as well. I was working on losing weight while we were trying and i think that helped but i was only down about 8lbs when we conceived. i hope this helps.

Does this come in a discreet packaging?

The package itself is not discreet it has all the labels you see on the one pictured on here on amazon but when delivered to you it comes in a box, basically no one would see what was delivered to your doorstep other than a box but once you open the box anyone with you while opening the box would know lol.

is this okay to take on your period and when ovulating? or will it effect them

It actually help stabilize my period. It made it more tolerable and it went from my period lasting a week to 2-3 days.

does the tea suppose to make your uterus throb?

It made my uterus throb and/or made me have more cramping before my period, I guess that might be a good thing suggesting it's toning my uterus.
