Hab Shifa Black Seed Oil 250ml

There are so many glittering reports of Black Seed Oil's health benefits that skepitcism is almost inevitable. However, after taking as little as two teaspoons everyday, I was pleasantly surprised by its health effects. In particular, I had a nagging dry cough which was bothering me for 8 weeks. I am pleased to say after taking Black seed oil, my cough disappeared within 2 days. The delivery was fast, the taste is strong but very flavourful, with a nice nutty taste and it comes in a dark bottle to prevent spoilage from UV light. Overall, I am very happy with this excellent product and I look forward to buying it again.

Tastes like what I think machine oil might taste like. Not too bad, one gets used to it. Not been using it long but I have noticed some benefits already. I'm not a Muslim but if the prophet Mohamned says it's good I'm going to believe it, especially when he is backed up by a wealth of ancients peoples saying much the same and science is now also highlighting the many benefits of this oil. I have now had two bottles of this. It really does help with joint pain after a couple of weeks of using. At least it has for me.

Frankly, I expected better. Yes, it tastes ok, it's certified organic. But the bottle is small and plastic and without a narrow spout to enable a drip feed for measured doses. The original nigella sativa is grown in Egypt but this is from faraway Australia. And, frankly, this version tastes quite mild which raises questions about its potency ...I read a claim by the manufacturer that the thymoquinone content is 0.75%(?) but there is no written confirmation supplied with the bottle.

I am an asthmatic and had an asthmatic attack on 8th March, since then I had a persistent cough, and I was on loads of inhalers 6-8 times per day and anti-histamines, and herbal remedies. I kept coughing and coughing until last week. That’s about 6-7 weeks now. Bought this oil as friend recommended it, but was not very keen to drink as the bottle had no seal on taking the cap off. However, one day last week I decided to give it a go, taste is not great, but not disgusting enough to make you retch. It leaves a warm sensation in the throat, after the first night I woke up without a cough, I did not take my morning inhaler to see what happens. I was fine till late noon. It’s 5 days now since I started it. I took 2 puffs of my inhaler before I went for a walk of 3 miles on flats and inclines, on Day 3 of taking the oil, coughed a couple of times during the walk but I was not breathless as I usually am walking on inclines, next day I walked same distance this time onto a hill, only couple of episodes of cough, no breathlessness. My friend even commented on how surprised he was I managed it, and this is the first time in 3 years that I could walk without being breathless by the time I reached the top of the hill. I think maybe my airways were inflamed and this has reduced the inflammation, wish I had known about this earlier. I am really pleased. I am going to continue.

Ordered this black seed oil as it seemed the best quality and value currently available on amazon; to use internally in the aid of nerve regeneration and as a carrier with which to mix essential oils to make a topical analgesic for nerve and tendon pain. I can't yet vouch for the efficacy of the former, but it's definitely a fine base for the latter, and appears to be of good quality.

Love the oil, but price shot up from £10 to £20 which was really unfair! If they had not pulled this stunt I would have rated it five stars

Taste is very strong and the taste lingers. Bought for health benefits after watching a video on you tube (fabulous 50s). Comes in a plastic bottle though.

I love this product, it’s so good for my health and has aided in making my weak immune system strong. It doesn’t taste pleasant at all, but eventually you either get used to it, or just drink some water straight after to wash it out of your mouth. Will be buying again and have recommended to family and friends.

I love this product! It's actually more affordable than some other sellers' prices. The only thing I would suggest is to make the oil drop into the spoon, so there's no waste. Maybe add a plastic top that can do that, but that might be costly. Nonetheless, thanks for all that you do!

Great product, just what we wanted, Australian company, good price speedy delivery

This is the purest black seed oil I have tasted so far. Some local stores sell very strong ones that seem to add mustard oil or something similar to deceive people. I personally prefer chewing whole black seed for maximum health benefit but those who find it too strong, this is a great option. I bought it for healthier scalp. I have used it twice and my dandruff seems much slower to develop. I will buy it again.

This is strong oil for sure...there are others that are milder I'm flavor...tastes like what I would imagine rancid diesel oil would taste like...which is normal flavor. Has great action on my autoimmune issues.
