One of the best facial steamers. I suffer with sinus blockage and this helped with just one steaming session. The steamer arrived in a branded box. The instructions were helpful to figure out how to assemble the steamer. You can also adjust the steam which is nice. I am very happy with my purchase

Good product, does what it is meant to do although a couple of issues: 1. Quality doesn't seem that great: the metal boiling container has a layer of anti-stick material, similar to teflon, which arrived with small bubbles. Some of these bubbles have already started to peel away after no more than half a dozen uses (I'll see how this progresses and might request a replacement) 2. As others have mentioned, the large facial cone is a little too small for a standard face and the nasal attachment is far far too small. Both are made of rigid plastic so not the most comfortable to use. 3. You're mostly buying plastic, so the price is pretty dear for what it is. On the plus sides: 1. It does exactly what it is meant to do. Great for nasal decongestion (although the nasal attachment is far too small - I simply use the full facial one to breath in, works fine this way) 2. Has a little compartment to drop in cotton pad with essential oils, works well without needing to place the oils in the water. 3. Steams well, it can get hot, but then again, it's no different to the heat from a steam room. 4. Has two power settings which does come in handy, I tend to reduce the power after several minutes of steaming my face. Summary: I would recommend this item in general, maybe not at the price it's currently selling at. But its simplicity makes it a good addition to the home.

ordered for my teenager grandaughterwho found this product easy to use and has help to clear up unsightly blackheads from her face. Instructions easy to follow but can sometimes leave a bruse mark which clears up in a few days. She is happy to put up with this to have clearer skin and better than other products used

I bought this 'KIDDANS Professional Facial Steamer' to help clear my sinuses after a particularly bad cold. To start with it appears sturdy enough, and the 2 masks are made of flexible plastic, which feels very comfortable. The 'luxurious white towel that you can use over your head' is a flannel just a bit bigger than your face so do not expect this flannel to 'surround you with softness, absorbency and comfort', but it will dry your face! The 60ml volume of water boils vigorously, and is either on or off. When on it will empty in 10 minutes. There is no where to put any essential oil apart from just dripping it into the water, or over the diffuser, and because the water boils so vigorously it disappears very quickly. The Nasal Mask I found I could not use, even though it fitted comfortably, when I breathed in I just drew cold air in through the holes in the side and when I breathed out it circulated painful steam over my face. The diffuser has 2 settings, where part of it can be rotated to open and close holes around the outside to vary the flow of steam, but with the outer ones closed the jet of steam out the middle will literally take your skin off. Eventually I was able to get an effective steam buy using the 'Face Mask' attachment, cycling the power switch on and off with my thumb to control the steam, and adding drops of oil every couple of minutes. Overall slightly more convenient than holding your head over a bowl of steaming water from a kettle with a large towel over your head.

Perfect way to finish off the day feeling clean and relaxed

Arrived next day, easy to use, really helped my sinus and the face cloth is of high quality thick same as hotels. Highly recommend.

Great stemaer, brings the skin perfect deep care. Heat well and open the pores. Generally I am glad. Thanks for nice and clean skin after using. Easy to carry, the device is very compact.
