Got these for my husband, who needed neck surgery, and his hands were not working properly. After the surgery, he doesn't need them, thankfully, but they were helpful at his work for a little while.

Bought these pens from curiousity & Try then out. I don't have serious arthritus yet. Nonetheless, I find they work well for me. My wife does have arthritus. She loves them. I have stage 3 basal joint arthritis in my dominant thumb (right handed). I found writing to be painful, after consulting a hand orthopedist who sent me to occupational therapy, I was told that it can't be cured and that I would need to accommodate.
