Instant overnight improvement in nail appearance. Long term I have noticed diminished returns but I am still using nightly and have noticed overall improvement compared to liquid versions. Sticks well and stays secure overnight.

My thumb nail has some sort of fungus and it’s been super frustrating to deal with. Because of the medicine applied and covered with th "patches" it keeps the area moist and first appears to be healing the nails. You would need to continue to purchase the patches to keep this patch system on your nails all the time. After 2 months of use as suggested it was not effective in healing fungal nails.
