Very good quality chrome finish. Packaging excellent. Fitment equivalent to OEM Harley. Took previous buyers suggestion and used blue loctite on bolts. Seems very secure. Maybe not as beefy as OEM but very strong. Very pleased with Benlari quality.

Made well! I had to send back because I need a longer heal shifter! This one not good for a size 12 foot! But if you are 11 an smaller this might be a perfect choice! I like to keep my foot completely on the footboard! Thi does not allow that

Perfect fit, read some reviews about falling off...well the answer if applying locktite. Its heavy duty, and I saved $$$ with similar types from actual motorcycle vendors.

I had my bike mechanic install the shifter, he did a good job with the installation the shifter work well. a week after the install on a ride the heel shifter pad fell off while riding, the bolt that holds the pad onto the shifter arm had backed out, I was lucky and found the pad and bolt in the road, a little scratched up but still useable. You would think the manufacture would use loctite on the treads, but nope… I reinstalled the heel pad with loctite and pulled the toe pad anded loctite to prevent it from backing out from the vibration of my 2019 HD Tri-glide.
