Not suitable for chicken tho
Excellent cutting board, so easy to wash with hand or throw in dishwasher.However, be careful while cutting wet items like chicken, I cut my finger because it was so slippery. There is no grip so things tend to slide around and not very safe when you have a sharp knife. 1 star off for poor design.

The cutting boards have sharp edges and not easy to handle or lift off the counter since they are very flat. They are also slippery and move around when chopping. Not scratch resistant.
