Works perfect. Bought to heat up a 8ft stock tank pool. It will turn 700 gallons into a 100 degree hot tub.

Works great, would definitely buy again. To get it to heat large volumes of water quickly, you need to understand how the controls work. It seems to ramp the temperature up based off temperature difference vs just a simple on/off method. So you have to max out the temperature setting to get it to heat fastest then just turn it down once you hit your set point.

Worked perfectly for a stock tank pool for a few hours each day over a couple months. Now it just trips the GFCI breaker every time you go turn it on due to a shorted element. I didn’t expect it to last a lifetime but definitely expected at least a year with as little as this product was used.

The 18kw did not work for pool or hot tub use in the USA based on not having a ground fault that met the requirements in the USA. Maximum amperage for gfi is 60 amps. Manufacturer sent me the correct unit (11kw) free due to this issue. Great customer service.

I have had this working for a few weeks. It heats ok. Takes my 600 gallon tub about 8 hours to heat up from 50*F to 104 *F. The 9kw requires number 6. The big problem I had was connecting the 6 gage wires to the terminal block in the unit. The terminal block is way too small for number 6 stranded wire. Major hassel.

Update: Seller is very understanding and communicative and has resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Does not heat up to listed temp. Had to have multiple electricians come and finally installed a new Wire connector hub because the metal tabs in the attached hub did not allow the gauge size to fit through. It needs to open up wider or it doesn't grasp the wires properly. Even still, after replacing the connector hub it only heats to around 102 and never reaches full temp before it shuts off the heating process. The services I paid for cost more than the unit itself and not worth returning for the same issue to be met with a new unit. The instructions are not super clear and I am worried that this will not last outdoors so I had to purchase an additional custom cover to fit this with all the placement of the PVC and wires. I cannot say I fully recommend this heater. Hopefully it lasts longer than I expect it to.

I bought this heater for my Jacuzzi back in October. When it arrived the Display stopped working right away but they quickly sent me another one and that fixed the problem. It worked for about a month and the heating element failed. Jenny once again quickly sent me a complete new unit this time and so far it's working great and it's been a few weeks. Great customer service and I recommend this heater as it really does heat the jacuzzi nice. Compré este calentador para mi jacuzzi en octubre. Cuando llegó, la pantalla dejó de funcionar de inmediato, pero rápidamente me enviaron otro y eso solucionó el problema. Funcionó durante aproximadamente un mes y el elemento calefactor falló. Jenny una vez más me envió rápidamente una unidad completamente nueva esta vez y hasta ahora está funcionando muy bien y han pasado algunas semanas. Excelente servicio al cliente y recomiendo este calentador porque realmente calienta muy bien el jacuzzi.

Hice la instalación eléctrica de acuerdo a especificaciones, comprando la bomba tubería de la medida, funciona el panel, pero el agua no sale caliente,

Compré este producto y desde un inicio botaba las pastillas se le puso una pastilla de bastante capacidad la que lleva ahorita no recuerdo el número exactamente es la de más aperaje que venden en una casa eléctrica. Resulto que ya no prende compré la garantía extendida pero es digital la mandan por email no aparece nada, aquí en Amazon es difícil dar con el vendedor o alguna atencion a clientes por eso opto por escribir aquí ver la manera de resolver un cambio o alguna devolución.
