Nasogel for Dry Noses 1 Oz

I bought this for my dry sinuses as saline spray doesn't keep the inside of my nose wet lomg enough. I opted for the saline gel as living with no moisture in the nose is a nightmare, the gel keeps moisture in the nose longer and actually provides relief, so i would buy again.

Much better than the spray. Doesn't last as long as vaseline but health benefits are better for long term use which is what I need as suffer from severe dryness due to meds. Does need to be applied more than a couple of times a day.

good but the flush is too strong for me maybe is just me but I cried several time using it

I love NeilMed products and have used their saline sachets for years, but their gels have never been any use. The tube version has slightly different ingredients to the bottle version, most notably a gentler preservative on paper, yet experience is the same. My nose leans dry but not painfully so, even then this gel gives faint burn and a low-level irritation, even if gives moisture for short stretch. The preservative feels like the obvious culprit - my skin reacts to chemicals with enthusiasm, and nasal passages follow suit. The nasal flora (microbiome) is very delicate, important, and likely disrupted by methylparaben and propylparaben beyond short term use.. highly recommend erythritol/xylitol + saline rinses or nasal spray as a brilliant alternative that has worked wonders for me. I believe neilmed sells such sachets.

I suffer from nasal dryness which wakes me at night. For years I used Vaseline which left me with a cough so I tried Nasogel. This works for about one hour after which it dries up. I have now started to use Aquegel which lasts all night.

Item seems exposed and was pretty hot while getting, since it’s clearly mentioned not to exceed the certain temperature, its not followed

I’m pretty happy with this NasoGel from NeilMed. I was looking for an alternative to petroleum jelly (since it’s not ideal to use too much of that in your nose), and this has been a great option so far. The first time I used it, there was a slight stinging sensation for a second or two, which I’ve read can happen—especially if your nasal passages are already irritated. Since it contains saline, that makes sense. I’ve been using it each evening after my shower, and it’s been working well for me. One thing to note is that it’s water-based, so it doesn’t leave that constant moist feeling like petroleum jelly. At first, that felt a bit strange—almost like the opposite of what I expected—but once I got used to it, I realized it still helps create a protective barrier and maintain moisture. There is a slight scent when first applied, but it fades quickly and doesn’t linger, which I appreciate. If you’re switching from petroleum-based products, it may take a little time to adjust, but it’s worth trying. The price is fair, and it works well for me!
