It comes on and says it’s recording, but the battery is not charging. Also, the Menu & Mode buttons dont work

The directions for this are not good. You can go online to find videos of people who have figured out these functions. The battery is only for a short period of time use - maybe 10 min. - by design.

Can I use an SD card larger than 32gb?

I bought one , but the sim card doesn’t work , it shows no card ... are you guys gonna send me a new one or should i just return it back ??
