This is the best saline nose spray I have ever used. I have sinus and voice problems, with prescriptions & medical specialists. I have tried pots, various spray bottles, prepared packets, prescribed homemade solutions, etc. The bubbles can be a jolt, which some may not find comfortable, but I love them. I thought the bubbles were a marketing gimmick but, for me, they increase the effectiveness of a simple saline spray. It is best to start slowly, with short sprays, to become accustomed to the bubbles. I have been using this 2x a day for a little over a month. I wish it cost less but, so far, it seems to be worth it, a good value for money. I am not sure when the can will run out; I may check back to provide an update. Other methods can also require too much cleaning & sterilizing, have higher risks of contamination & infection. (To be sure, do not share this item, no matter what some descriptions may say.) This spray is easy to use and very effective. The bubbles really are amazing. Five stars.

Wow, I was pleasantly surprised. It's nothing life changing but it does have a different effect and it works. The can is rather expensive compared to the rest of the market but to me it was worth it. I didn't notice a burn at all, it is isotonic but, there was definitely a short lived tingle which may not be for everyone. I'd recommend this product

The first one I got was defective - there was no propellant, so when I push the button a bunch of liquid just drained out. But the replacement has been really good! It's a bit of a shock - the kind of crackling noise it makes up in your sinuses, but they feel refreshed and if you tilt your head back a little you get good drainage pretty quickly. No gross taste or smell. Just a blast of relief

I don’t know if it actually works better than a regular saline irrigation spray, but it *feels* like it works better. I don’t think it will replace my normal saline irrigation spray, but it will be nice to have on hand. It feels like a fancy treat, like champagne for your nose. It does sting a little bit while you are using it, but in the same way a good carbonated beverage stings when you drink it. I like it and will continue to use it

This spray works well once you learn how to use it. I'd been used to using a spray. This is "sparkling", which means it has a force behind it with the application. By taking your time it works very well.

Received today, opened it up to test it out. Thankfully, I tested it in the air before putting it up my nostril. The applicator base exploded, releasing all the pressure, and now the product cannot be used; pressing it no longer works. Possibly an issue caused during transit by Amazon because of all the shaking/rumbling. However, many people purchased this product through Amazon and have experienced the same issue based on what I've seen in the reviews so you'd assume there would be a fix for this issue. Ultimately, I couldn't get a replacement but I got a refund. Will try this one more time and update if it works well.

Does right for dry nose or removing dryness in the rose and it is definitely easy to use. Help clear nostrils air flow. The effect is not long lasting.

Works really well for deviated septum suffering. Improved breathing nearly instantly.
