The safe won't lock. Why? Even with the key.

Did you put the batteries in the mechanism?

Does the LED light automatically turn on/off or is one able to manually turn it off?

How should I lock the door? I set my code but the door still remain open and doesn't lock

Are you pushing the Red Button located inside door hinge side ? You push button and then insert four numbers and # .. this will set you code. Then shut door and turn lock door button. Make sure you have put the batteries before you push Red Button. NOTE; I HAVE A LARGER SAFE ASSUMING YOUR SMALLER IS LIKE MY SAFE. YOU SHOULD RECIEVED YOU HAD A PAPER INSTRUCTIONS.
