Review: Great machine with value pricing - It does what is expected. I use it often and the main grinding cylinder developed a crack in the base. It was reported to the customer service dept. who followed up quickly and has shippped a replacement part ( still in transit). But overall,.. you're new to slow juicing machines as am I,.. this is a GREAT place to start. Not the most expensive, buit not the cheapest. I use to make beet juice with lemon and ginger. I expect much more service from this machine. A GOOD BUY! Update 8/29/25. Needed to replace the suction cup feet in the bottom and I lost the juice outlet cover. I expect to receive the replacements very soon This company stands behind their products. Love this juicer!

It does what is expected. I use it often and the main grinding cylinder developed a crack in the base. It was reported to the customer service dept. who followed up quickly and has shippped a replacement part ( still in transit). So important for me and best part is that this machine is so easy to use. It is a great quality juicer and I have had no issues with the leaking, no issues with fruit or vegetables getting stuck going in or coming out. The cup is large and holds a lot of produce at one time. It works really well. The juicer is easy to assemble, use, and clean. The right size for easy storage. Minimum clean-up time is a plus. It's a great choice for me and I highly recommend this juicer.

Broke in Short order. Company was uncooperative in helping. Will not buy from them again. Amazon refunded price to assist, happy about that.
