This is one of the best

Very tasty
We love this wine and the step by step instructions are so easy to follow and it tastes far nicer than any shop bought wine. Works out at ยฃ1 per bottle

Donโt drink straight away, refrigerate for 2-3 weeks then it tastes amazing !
After first making this wine and trying it, I thought itโs not the best, BUT , after leaving some bottles in the fridge for a couple of weeks and then drinking some , it is amazing. Reminds me of the Jam Shed white wine which has a creamy taste. So glad I left some for later as it is definitely a brew / fridge / wait / enjoy wine. Will definitely buy again.

It's okay. Sort of.
It works, but as some reviewers have stated, it has a bit of a strange aftertaste. Maybe it's just me as I normally drink Chardonnay and Rose, but what the heck, as the brew has almost all been quaffed it's a success. In a way.

I'm Getting Hammered In The Morning...
30 bottles in 7 days. Mmmm. Really.I've done gallon kits for many years with great success, so I was reluctant to change what works for me. But at ยฃ22 a kit, I thought this was worth a gamble.Well, right from the off, I've been impressed. Fermentation was like Vesuvias meets Krakatoa within minutes of getting the brew going. It continued like that for 3 or 4 days, a huge frothy yeast monster towering up the fermenter... before finally subsiding for a couple of days of steady away bubbling. The hydrometer gave me the thumbs up around day 8... a couple of hours ago I started the clearing. It was a cloudy creamy white mass 2 hours ago and now it's almost see through. By tomorrow I expect it will be clear enough to rack.Of course, with it clearing from the top down, it would have been silly not to quaff a little, just to see how it goes down.I've not done an alcohol conversion, but I have no doubt at all that this is in the 12-13% region at the very least. From the first sip you know it's done the job.Tomorrow we shall rack 4 demi johns and leave it in the cellar for a while to mature, the 5th gallon shall be enjoyed over the next few days. It's not going to make its way onto the wine list at the Ritz... but for 65p ish a bottle, you're probably getting the equivalent of a ยฃ5/ยฃ6 Tesco wine. Will be starting the next batch at the weekend and printing off some custom lables to turn these into Christmas presents for family and friends.

Awful
Took twice as long to ferment. Even after waiting, it tastes awful. Left it a few more days. Could not drink it!

wife knows best
My wife doesn't normally like my home brew, but My wife likes it from day 1 after clearing slightly chilled she'll drink this all day

Refused to clear even after 2 weeks
Tried this as my usual wine kit was not available, really wished I had waited until it was back in stock, this mix refused to clear even after nearly 2 weeks, eventually added a recommended clearing solution even this did not clear it, tasted it and was not impressed cloudy with not great depth of flavour, ended up throwing it away.
